Grief is a natural response you experience when you lose someone close to you. Grieving is a normal part of life and there is no right way to grieve – everyone is different. It can begin as soon as you become aware of a loss and can continue over the course of a lifetime.
Grief can also include the loss of a home, a job, or a relationship or even identity. It isn’t necessarily always of a loved one.
We want to help you to navigate your grief and support you through managing it.
💗 What will we cover during this course?
– A spiritual perspective on life, love and loss
– The effect grief has on our sense of wellbeing
– Keys to resilience, peace and healing
– Meditation, relaxation and mindfulness
– Tools to help manage grief physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually
– Making meaning of grief and loss
– Reinventing yourself after loss
– The 7 stages of Grief
Come and feel supported by us with like-hearted people experiencing their own grief journey ✨🙏
